What is a T75 tank container?
The T75 cryogenic tank container is a portable pressure vessel specifically designed for the safe transport and storage of cryogenic liquefied gases. This model adheres to the "T-code" classification system for UN portable tanks; the T75 designation specifically applies to tanks used for cryogenic liquefied gases, whereas T50 is used for liquefied gases with lower pressure requirements, such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). T75 tank containers are capable of cooling gases to extremely low temperatures to maintain them in a liquid state.

Natural gas is purified and cooled to approximately -162°C to become a liquid, reducing its volume by a factor of about 600. T75 tank containers are specifically designed and optimized for the long-term transport and storage of LNG under cryogenic conditions.

These include liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid nitrogen (LIN), and liquid argon (LAr), which are widely used in sectors such as steel smelting, electronics manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare. Liquid nitrogen has a boiling point of -196°C, while liquid oxygen and liquid argon also remain in a liquid state at extremely low temperatures.
Hydrocarbon gases.
These include liquid ethylene (C2H4) and liquid ethane (C2H6), which serve as vital raw materials for the petrochemical industry.
Specialty gases. These include liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂), nitrous oxide (N₂O), and liquid hydrogen (LH₂).
