Exclusive paint protection
In order to maintain the aesthetics and durability of EAST CHINA CIMC's trailers, all steel components undergo our proprietary double spray painting process, which is recognized as the best in the industry. All components go through a cleaning workshop where they are sandblasted to remove any oxide scale, welding residue, and surface oxidation. Next, apply a layer of zinc rich primer. After applying the primer, the components enter the curing oven for 30 minutes. After the first round of curing and cooling is completed, apply two parts of polyurethane coating on the top of the component, and then cure again in the curing oven for 30 minutes. The result is a durable and long-lasting surface treatment that can protect critical steel components from the harsh tests of highway services.
