Rubber Lining Tank Basic Configuration
1. Rubber tank container, the tank volume is 28 cubic meters, the tank is made of Q235B carbon steel sheet, and the thickness of the tank is 5mm;
2. The frame of the container is made of square steel, and the tank body is perfectly round. Dimensions: length*width*height: 9125*2438*2591mm;
3. Climbing ladders are installed at the front and rear of Rubber Lining Tank, walkways and folding movable guardrails are installed on both sides of the tank top, and gun barrels are installed on both sides of the tank body;
4. Before leaving the factory, Rubber Lining Tank should be tested for airtight pressure resistance, water filling test, and electric spark detection test;
5. Rubber Lining Tank is covered with 4mm thick steel mesh transition, lined with 16mm thick PE polyethylene;
