What is T50 Gas Tank?
T50 Gas Tank is a tank or a steel seamless bottle-type pressure vessel (also called bottle-type container), which is a tank-type or bottle-type transportation equipment permanently connected to a running device or frame, including railway tankers, automobiles, etc. Tank trucks, long tube trailers, tank containers and tube bundle containers, etc.
T50 Gas Tank Features
1. T50 Gas Tank container design unit shall have a pressure vessel design license, and T50 Gas Tank container manufacturing unit shall have a pressure vessel manufacturing license.
2. The manufacturer of T50 Gas Tank containers shall conduct the sample box type test according to the model, and the movable tank container certificate shall be issued by the China Classification Society.
3. T50 Gas Tank containers shall be subject to the inspection and type test of the national quality inspection agency designated by the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Bureau of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
4. The rated mass of T50 Gas Tank container is generally not greater than 30480kg, and the maximum shall not be greater than 34000kg.
5. The rated filling rate of T50 Gas Tank containers should be no more than 90%.
