Product Description:
A) Dump truck compartment is divided into two kinds: backward tipping and side tipping. The motion of piston rod is controlled by control system. Backward tipping is more common. The piston rod is pushed to make the compartment tipping, and a few of them are two-way tipping.
B) Dump trucks are widely used. At present, the structures we design are push-forward, connecting rod, forward-lift and side tipping. Each structure has its own unique loading and unloading advantages. The trailer adopts forward-lift and backward-turn structure.
C) The trailer has a powerful chassis design that can easily handle tough road conditions. The side walls are reinforced with square tube channel steel to protect the sidewall from the impact of transporting ore and mechanical loading and unloading.
D) In order to meet the transport requirements, the trailer can be equipped with multiple axles to achieve maximum load-carrying capacity, usually in the case of three axles can be loaded with 50 tons of cargo. The dump trailer can be equipped with front axle lifting under no-load condition, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
E) The top of the dump trailer can be equipped with an automatic closed system of tarpaulin. The front end of the trailer has an operating control valve, which is simple and fast, and protects the goods in the carriage from drying and pollution.
