Product Description:
a) EAST CHINA CIMC designed the max capacity
of cement trailer is 90cbm. In order to improve the efficiency of
transportation in accordance with the discharge speed, we have adopted
well-known brand accessories, such as Weichai air compressor, Bohai air
compressor, Fuda air compressor and other well-known brands.
b) The tank body is designed with V-shaped
structure. The discharge speed can reach 1.5 tons/minute, and the ash residue
rate is less than 15 KG.
c) Semi-trailer sub-frame adopts high strength
top-grade hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel plate, automatic welding longitudinal
beam, advanced grinding and spraying technology as preliminary treatment, in
order to obtain corrosion-resistant coating. Polyurethane coatings form a firm
bond with the surface of the tank, with adsorptive force, durable and bright
appearance.
