An air chamber structure and a fluidized bed are arranged inside the tank body of the cement truck, which functions to fluidize the materials loaded in the sealed tank by means of compressed gas. An air chamber structure is arranged at the head inside the tank body of the horizontal powder tanker or at the junction of the front and rear bins of the horizontal double-storage powder tanker, and a throat canvas fluidized bed is laid on the bottom of the tank body. The single or double-storage non-side slide structure can realize the lightweight of the air chamber structure, reduce the difficulty and frequency of maintenance of the air chamber structure, and realize the basic stable performance of the fluidized bed, fast discharge speed, and low material residual rate.
