What is Wind Blade Adapter?
Wind Blade Adapter is specially designed to transport wind blades, which can well cope with the complex and harsh road transportation environment, especially in hilly areas or remote and rugged environments where wind farms are located.
Wind Blade Adapter Design Structure
(1) Blade lifting movement: when the cylinder is compressed, the blade is lifted, the blade lifting frame shrinks toward the center of the rotation axis, and the movement trajectory of the lifting center of gravity is always near the rotation axis, which effectively avoids instability during transportation. The lifting angle is in the range of 0~60 degrees.
(2) Rotational movement: The blades on the rotating support are deflected left and right along the center of the semi-trailer through the rotating oil cylinder, and the designed deflection angle is ±45 (calculated from the landing in front of the tip of the wind blade).
