What is Cement Tank Container?
Cement Tank Container is a special container tank specially used to transport bulk cement, fly ash and other powder materials. Equipped with air bag liquefaction bed (V-shaped two-silo type), ash discharge and air intake pipeline, etc. The tank body adopts a double-cone inclining horizontal structure, and the two bins are fed and discharged at the same time, and the two bins can be loaded at the same time.
Cement Tank Container Unloading Process
1. Connect the discharge pipeline to ensure reliable sealing
2. Close the discharge valve, external air valve and secondary air valve;
3. Connect the intake pipe to ensure reliable sealing; open the intake valve, open the external air source, and inflate the air chamber in the tank; when the pressure in the tank—that is, the pressure gauge reading reaches 2 bar, open the discharge valve (if the pressure Continue to rise, indicating that the pipe is blocked). The discharge pressure should be kept between 1.8~2.4 bar. When the ash unloading is completed, when the pressure in the tank drops to 0.2 bar, open the secondary air ball valve to clear the ash unloading pipeline.
4. After discharging, close the air source; open the pressure relief valve to discharge the pressure in the tank.
